• This software is a purely local, portable, and safe program. It can run without administrator privileges (except for the accelerator feature).
• There are no user login functions, and it does not collect or report any user privacy information.
• There is no server involved (this is a personal project, I can't afford a server).
• All resources come from the Internet (hosted at: https://github.com/luckygametools/steam-cfg).
• Some antivirus programs may show false positives, but please rest assured it is safe to use.
• It is recommended to try this with a secondary account. If you have the financial means, please support the official version.
